The items are great but unfortunately poor customer service
I droppped a reminder on delivery arrangement so that there will be no signature requirement , which they CS committed but didn’t happened at the end.
Turn off I need extra effort to receive the delivery and what is even worse is the CS didn’t even apologise or even acknowledge for their mistakes, and later ignore my request
Seriously no one would expect that from a retailer with this price point.
Will never come back and not recommend Finnish Design to anyone else
