Delivery to Republic of Ireland is BADLY organised. I chose a delivery option to a collection pod and my tracking information said that 3 attempts were made to deliver to the pod. Didn't make sense. I emailed Finnishdesign customer support - no answer. Turned out my parcel had my home address on the label and the driver driver was trying to deliver to my home address while I was at work. I had to spend time getting through to the delivery company to change the delivery option. It took 3 weeks to get my parcel.
