Very fine customer service! The items you can buy are just beautiful. And than it is sad if you receive an item damaged, like I did. I bought a nice lamp, but it was broken on arrival. But customer service helped me very friendly and swift. I have just received the new lamp, which is as beautiful as I saw on the website of Finnish Design. So I am quite happy with the shopping process!
