Everything was great, from the easy site on line to ordering to shipping an item to the USA and also to working with me for the return and refund! Very efficient and very easy to communicate and process.
Only returned item due to receiving two of the same at Christmas. Love the new purchase!... beautifully sculptured and lovely to have in my kitchen. As an architect, I enjoy design more than anything else! Thank you!
