Design. We bought four candles in Amsterdam. When we got home to Toronto, I learned I could get a remote control for the candles, so I puchased that directly from Finnish Design Shop. Thenn. Few weeks ago one of the candles stopped working. The problem seemed to be somewhere inside the candle, not in the switch/base. So I recently bought a package of two candles. They turned out to be a little longer, which I like, and the base is bayonnet mount instead of screw mount which I also think is better. Overall I am very happy with the candles, I use them often, and they remind me of our trip to Amsterdam.
