I placed order # 7342 on 03/27/23 @ 8:41am. fionachic withdrew $40.87 from my checking acct. on 03/27/23. I have my bank statement. I received an email confirmation of the order with all my billing and shipping info, items purchased with prices, the amount of the purchase, and an invalid tracking number. I guess the order # was invalid, too.. I also received an email congratulating me for successfully creating an account with Macy's. I never could track the package, it always came up "can't find package with that tracking number.". Then it mysteriously showed up on Global Tracking 654 that my package was delivered on 04/20/23 @ 10:47. But, it was not delivered to my house. I also don't show up as having an order or an account in the last 6 months. I don't know how they can get away with this....but they can. I called Macy's weeks ago about this. They claim to have no involvement in this whatsoever, but they do. Bottom line: I paid $40.87 for order number 7342 I never received a shipment from Macy's/fionachic.com. I have not received a refund. This is definitely a scam operation. I have proof in the form of bank statement, order confirmattion, and account confirmation. And, there seems to be nothing I can do about it. I'm not giving up. I hate being blatenly screwed over. I can't sleep until this is resolved to my satisfaction.
