Cheated by Firefly on the Super Cover insurance. We weren't cautious enough and relied on the employee's explanations regarding the fees. She said we paid for a fuel guarantee only and it would be reimbursed at the end of the rental. We indeed got back the fuel guarantee but they kept 150€ for of an insurance we dit not need and did not want. I wrote to them and Car Trawler, they would never admit. Avoid them and mother company Hertz at all costs.
