This is the worst disingenuous car hire company and I’ve tried a a lot. They said my credit card pin wasn’t valid at 11.30pm and that they were going to close leaving me without a car so I had to pay 280pound extra.
They then took €450 from bank. This was on top of £350 car hire cost.
So paid over £700 for one week.
There was no issue the next day with my PIN number at different company.
So they conned me to get full insurance.
Disgusting company.
