I rented a car through Carjet and prepaid the hire and platinum insurance. I collected the car from Firefly in Valencia airport. I explained I already had the extra insurance. The car was ok, but upon arriving home, I have been charged approx £150 for their own insurance. I cannot get hold of them as there is no email address and the number I call For Firefly Valencia airport, rings and then the staff at the office hang up before answering. I thought the bad old days were gone but it seems I have got it wrong.
