First of all, they are not clear about the time they are opened. I returned the car around 21h and they billed me twice 40€ saying that it is a fee related to returning a car out of office opening hours. My perspective is they shouldn’t bill me. But they billed twice. I am claiming reimburse of this amount. Run away of headaches. Don’t go there!
