This company are an absolute joke! On arrival at Malaga airport we were told our insurance we booked through Ryan air with the car booking was not sufficient. They forced us into taking their own insurance out. On returning the car we were told the petrol had to be filled up close to the airport, even though the tank was full ! They said they would either charge us 50€ or go and get filled and bring back a receipt. My partner then had to find a garage nearby to squeeze another 7€ into the tank! This made us very late for our flight. Annoyingly another couple brought their car back at the same time and said they had no receipt for their petrol and the lady said ‘That’s fine, thank you’! Talk about making my blood boil !!!! We will never go near this company again and would strongly advise people to stay clear!
