Do not ever buy anything from this dealer. I’ve had an ongoing issue with them for over 6 months. They’ve mis-sold me a marble backplate that I didn’t require and yet I was charged for. They’ve refused to take it back & to refund me. My order came weeks apart & was rusty with parts broken.
They’ve clearly got no regard for the customer & they shouldn’t even be trading in my opinion. My advice would be to buy local because fireplaces4life are rip off merchants with no conscience!!!
