Customer service is non existent. Fail to reply to phone calls and emails. Had phone put down on me mid conversation. Been lied to repeatedly. They sent the wrong fire after repeated calls to find out what was happening then had the cheek to try charging me £20 to collect the one they’d sent wrong! Absolute bunch of shysters. Spend your money at a shop and avoid the headache of dealing with these idiots!
