Bought a bed of them, though Amazon, in January, the stitching on one of the corners has come away. Because it over 30 day's old, they don't want to do anything. I've had to pay for a mattress bag from Ebay £4, and I have to pay a courier to deliver it £20.
£24 for them to look a faulty mattress.
Customers service is non-existent
Goods have to fit for purpose and last a reasonable amount of time. That's the law.
