So polite on the phone answered all my phone calls and email response was second to none!!! delivery was as promised and on time. I cant praise this company enough, the best on-line shopping experience i've had. Believe that, I don't think so!!! Please !Please! Please! don't use this -u-k--g excuse for a company. I had to reclaim my money through the bank as they wouldn't cancel my order and refund me after not receiving goods. No tracking of courier etc. Fobbed off when ever I managed to get through and made out that they never received my emails. Excuses! Excuses! Excuses! only time I got a response is when I got bank involved. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere.
