The following text of an email which I had to send Firestorm Kit after products ordered and paid for were not shipped pretty well tells the tale of my experience: Hello Firestorm Kit, Since you make no apparent attempt to communicate after I send multiple inquiries as to why your website still shows "Pending" status for the order I placed, and paid for, on 16SEP2019, I have initiated a dispute with Visa Card services. You should know that my next step is to contact the FBI office here in my local vicinity to learn if they investigate international wire/Internet fraud. I do not pursue such action lightly; but the online reviews you have garnered ranging from 1.2 to 1.9 average of 5 possible make it painfully obvious that I have little hope of ever seeing the products I sought. I do not intend to waste any more time attempting to communicate with such a sorry and despicable example of an online "business."
