I have used their inks for a number of years and have always found both their service and the inks excellent. The other day I loaded into my HP printer aBlack cartridge which was the final cartridge of a 4 pack I purchased more than 18 months ago. On loading it I got an error report from the printer saying that there was a problem with the cartridge. I sent a message to the company and within a few hou they suggested trying to reload it etc. This did not work so they immediately said they were sending out a new cartridge replacement cartridge.
