Had a problem trying to pay for a watch due to paypal, phoned FCW next morning and they had it sorted out very quickly within minutes. The watch was with me next day which is awesome considering I live in the North East of Scotland. The watch is stunning, came with a guarantee and is going to be a lovely 60th birthday present for a friend. Would highly recommend FCW and will be using them again for sure.
