I have now purchased three items from First Class Watches and have to say that I have enjoyed first class service. My initial questions about specific products have been answered with extraordinary speed as have requests for general advice. The responses from the company have been clear and very much to the point. There has been no hint whatsoever that I was being steered one way or another - I have been left to make up my own mind. In other words no "pushiness" came my way. I have been able to make an offer for my purchases and this has resulted in the respective costs being lower than I have found anywhere else. The alacrity of shipping has also been remarkable (sometimes it's free, dependent on the price of the product) and I have always received items the next working day. The product list is extensive and relevant. If only all on line retailers gave this sort of service! I have nothing but praise for First Class Watches! Simply brilliant!
