Delivery was very quick and I had regular emails to tell me at what stage my delivery was at. Impressed by that. Although the parcel itself when it arrived was a bit battered, the bag was dirty and the box had been split and as it was a birthday gift I had to do a little repair job on that. Overall my experience was good, it was just a shame that the parcel itself was not 100%.
