They matched a competitors discounted price....no fuss. The ordering was easy, and dispatch was immediate, with useful online communication all the way. The watch arrived on time , and it had been well packaged for transit. I could not reset the chrono functions correctly, and thought the watch was defective. FCW were very pro-active in resolving what turned out to be 'user error'. Very happy with my watch, and very happy with the service and support given by FCW. Fully recommend them .
