After paying the introduction fee - I have been given the contact details of a tutor, but unfortunately have not started any sessions yet due to availability of the tutor to do face:face sessions. If this is not available - the tutor should not state so.
I also began engaging with another tutor, but they then disappeared and I have not been in contact with them again?
I believe the introduction fee should only be paid if successful tutoring commences - having contact details, doesn't mean anything if sessions don't commence.
