The quality of the two tutors I have found for my daughter is high. Finding them was simple and straightforward on the site. Communicating with them was easy. The final stage - paying the site arrangement fee and then arranging a first appointment with the tutor - I found to be unnecessarily complicated. There is no clear guide (that I could find) on the site as to how the process works. Overall though I am happy with the experience and satisfied with the outcome
