I spent a long time looking for a maths tutor for my daughter - thought I had found the perfect one !
Tutor came out to carry out planning meeting, tutoring was arranged and confirmed
I then had an e mail from the tutor to say that he wanted to charge travel expenses - this put his fee up by 40% from what was actually quoted on First tutor website
I am very disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience
