The tutor and service I found from the site were great. However, I had to pay the site £20 to 'unlock' the details of my tutor e.g. Address, phone number etc. Even when we were messaging she gave me her address so I could see how close it was to my child's school, it was removed from the site for violating their terms and conditions.
