The website was very confusing and difficult to navigate. Whilst I appreciate you want your fee, jumping through all the hoops was a nightmare. You had to be very committed to get to the end. Perhaps that was your aim! The overall effect was very authoritarian and unfriendly. The outcome was successful but I wouldn't like to have to go through that again!
