I have used First Tutors three times in the past year.
I am aged 66 and study spanish as an "adult/casual learner"
I have had an issue recently and wish to make the following suggestions:
Advice to tutors: ensure you terms and conditions are shown on your profile, or, if not, advise potential students of your T&Cs BEFORE they pay the engagement fee.
Advice to students: check the tutor's terms and conditions BEFORE paying the engagement fee or risk finding T&Cs are unnacceptable after you have made payment. Thank you, David Halliday
