I did not find the site easy to use. When I asked for help I received a standard response. I feel you would have a higher success rate if there was a voice at the end of the phone to help when someone is struggling. You also did not make it clear what your commission/ fee's are?
I was made to believe is was £4.99 but it was £24.99 I feel you are unable to justify the sort of commission if when I needed help you only sent me standardise email reply's.
I would not recommend you as I feel you web site could be more user friendly
