It took a long time to resolve my initial enquiry as all communication was via email and what I needed was to speak to someone. Therefore an assumption was made which meant me having to go through the whole registration process 3 times!! Not good!!
Please can this be a consideration in the future as not everyone wants pure online communication - sometimes a human is required as would have been resolved far quicker and mistakes would not haven been made!
Once we got through that finding a tutor and contacting them was quick and easy.
