I emailed and phone First Tutors to say my Tutors information was misleading and the tutor’s contact details we paid for was sadly unable to help us. Therefore my introduction fee should be refunded. No one from First Tutors ever got back to me regarding refund. Therefore I don’t want to waste another £20.
