You have to pay money to get contact details of a tutor, but you loose if the tutors turn out to be Hopeless. There should be a money back guarantee if the tutor turns out to be inadequate !
The tutor I paid for turned out to be weird ! and have personal issues. I would recommend people locate tutors by different means.
