Your information online was mostly clear and detailed. It was accessible and I did get a singing teacher rapidly and without too much fuss, which is what I wanted. I was slightly confused at first about contacts and where I was in the process, but I can see the need for security and protection, about withholding emails etc. Payment to First Tutors was easy. I realised I had the think a bit more about what I was looking for and what I wanted from a teacher, but that was beneficial although it prolonged the process.
