The First Tutors system is almost impossible to use. They send emails which are 'smart' - you then have to open the link and click twice - very difficult to manage if you have contacted more than one tutor. Two of ours we had the same first name so we could not tell them apart on the system. We would advise that you contact one tutor at a time. I'm sure most of the tutors themselves are good, but the First tutors system stinks!
