Paul was punctual, friendly and easy going. He was also very organised and skilled in getting information across in a accessible way (well for me anyway). I learnt more in first hour than I have through many hours of trying self teach books and CD, whether I can retain it is another matter but I cant hold Paul responsible for that. So far, I'd certainly recommend.
