It took me some time to understand how the website for First Tutors worked. It is not evident at first
look. It suggests contacting the preferred tutor and then prevents direct contact. It tells you that the
tutor has responded but not how to find the response.
Once one has discovered how the site works then everything becomes clear. The tutor cannot help
resolving any website problem because they only see a different side.
