The tutor I have found through first tutors is fantastic however trying to navigate the first tutors website & understand the process was not easy. I didn’t find the website intuitive or user friendly, I’d get emails about things to do but then struggled to locate the right page to action it on online. I was using it on my phone which may not have helped though.... get an app?
