We only met Katie once but it was a nice meeting and my daughter decided she wants to see Katie again, which says a lot for a teenager! Katie seems flexible and build a good report. I think this was easier as Katie is still quite young and relates much better to a young person (she is not like a teacher which exactly what we were looking for) . She also is fully aware of the current Nat5 material. Many tutors worked with the old style GCSE methods which confused my daughter before.
