I was looking for a tutor in Welsh for September and went on line (regrettably) to discover names.
A couple of Agency names came up, one of which was yours. I registered and then the trouble started.
I had found Richard’s name somehow and had it not been for his personal help, I would have become completely lost in your incomprehensible website. You should thank him (and not your website) that we have now been able to take this forward. I was on the point of giving up and will never do this again.
