Selecting a tutor was easy, the contact tutor was unclear. After I selected contact tutor, I assumed an email would automatically go to the tutor, it was only later I saw that I needed to send. Maybe something I misunderstood, but thought it could be clearer. Most of the tutors came back promptly and it was easy to clarify availability skill level etc.
