Don't reply emails, lied twice about calling back the next day in a space of 1 week. The last lie came from a guy named "Andy." They are planning to process my switch in 6 WEEKS! I have asked several times to confirm if the switch would be completed in 3 weeks, otherwise I don't want to proceed with my application, they said all is fine, but here I am waiting aimlessly with no call back or replies to my emails.
I am now paying a variable rate with Scottish Power, because of this lying and incompetent thieves!
