My tenant was using this company for gas and electric. She moved out and my one bed flat was empty for one month. I received a bill for £74. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 8 minutes in total.
Customer service is very poor and I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone. They are prompt to get your business and payments, but are at a snails speed to rectify any problem.
