I'm unable to get a meter reading accepted and have had a complaint with them for 2 years on this. I rang and changed tariff in oct 19 and guess what, the change wasn't made. Very poor now changed back to my original supplier. Expecting a ding song when my final bill comes in! Dont go near them.
