The customer service is excellent and Kiera who has been my assigned representative has been extremely helpful even going above and beyond in my requests! For my second car, I ended up with a personalised number plate which she sought for me off her own back - amazing! I could not be happier and have just recently received my second car from FVL (a beautiful Mercedes A Class Saloon 250e) with no issues. Seamless. Thank you and thank you again! I have already recommended lots of friends and family. The price does not match the amazing service received. I am confident that the next four years will be just as great as my last.
