“FVL made it very easy to sort out a lease car, they also came up with the best price for the lease compared to a dozen other leasing companies that I looked at. The process from start to finish has been exceptional and even although there were long delays with the car I was kept up to date at all times and expectations were given and met throughout the entire process. Many thanks”

“I delt with Jack Broad and he was fantastic. I asked a lot of questions, asked for a lot of quotes for different cars and it was never too much trouble for him. His communication is top notch. Then when doing the finance application he was very patient with us as our situation was a little more complicated than the average. Overall the service given by this man Jack Broad was brilliant. The car industry needs more people like him!”

“I unfortunately happened across this company whilst searching for lease deals. I tend to take review sites with a pinch of salt as the reviews often contradict each other. This time it was at my peril. They quoted me a price that I was happy with so I proceeded to do the finance application( credit check). It was once I had completed this stage, they realised that the price they had quoted was incorrect. Apparently the lease data base information on their quoting system had been input incorrectly, meaning the price I had been quoted was incorrect. The price given was for a business lease and not a personal lease, the difference being a considerable increase. The company was very unprofessional and really didn't seem to know what they were doing so I chose to go elsewhere. I was annoyed due to the time wasted but didn't get around to reviewing them. I just happened to check their website tonight over a week later and they are still incorrectly quoting the lease price for the vehicle. I now wonder if it was actually an IT mistake or a very unscrupulous way to get you to visit their website. I requested that all my private details be removed from their system which they advised me they had done but I still get emailed offers. So much for data protection. I now feel lucky to have avoided them.”

Having investigated, it appears this was a genuine error on our part as a 'business only' tag was not applied to this offer on the website. It was added as soon as this came to light and, although you are correct that we are still advertising this deal on our site, you will now see a prominent banner on the page stating it is for business customers only. We never knowingly advertise prices we cannot achieve. Your details have been removed from our marketing database, as requested. “My first contact was with Leon, who was very friendly and helpful. He found me the car that I wanted and after that my dealings were with Analise, Samantha and Stephanie. I apologize if I forgot somebody. Everybody was very helpful, professional and patient with me since I am not the easiest person. No question was too much to ask. This made the whole process of leasing a car very easy from the initial contact with Leon to the delivery of the vehicle. I Would also like to mention the reception and Dean at Greenhous Village. A very smooth handover of the vehicle. Again, nothing other than praise and am already looking forward to dealing with you again. Thank you so much for everything.”

“First Vehicle Leasing were brilliant from start to finish. I had a great deal on my new Golf GTI which was delivered seamlessly yesterday. I would like to give a personal shout out to Scott Russell who went out of his way to help me throughout the whole process, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Scott! “This was my first lease car and FVL made the process really easy and got me the best price possible. I mainly dealt with Jonathan slack and Samantha Edwards and they were both fantastic and really helpful all the way through the process. I originally ordered a different car but it got delayed a few times by the Manufacturers (Not FVL's fault) so Johnny helped find me an alternative car that was in stock and I received it within a few weeks and the new car is actually a lot better than the one I originally ordered.”
