“Really pleased with the service from my account manager by the name of Leon Lee. He was very helpful, very responsive and made the process very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend his services and First Vehicle Leasing as a whole. I am now leasing my second car with them and will be continuing to be using them as my go to leasing company always. Keep up the excellent service. Regards Samir”

“I have been a FVL customer for a few years now and they always make it very easy to sort out a lease car deal. This time round i was dealing with Peter who was always on hand to answer any questions. The process from start to finish has been exceptional and even although there were long delays with the car I was kept up to date at all times. Many thanks”

“Leon was able to choose the right deal for us and our budget in a market that was continually changing. He kept in contact throughout the process of purchase and delivery. This was a challenge at times as manufacturers were in process of changing models and specification. With all of that he gave us the right model at the right price. Delivery was well arranged and on time aside for the delay from the manufacturer.”

“This is the fourth car we have purchased through Leon. He always replies back promptly and efficiently. I feel that Leon always gets us the best deal he can and we have built a good professional relationship. The transition between pick up and drop off of our old car and new car was seamless.”

“I have been dealing with FVL (formerly Tilsuns) for years and always dealt with Ian Ball who was excellent. This time I dealt with Leon who definitely filled Ian's shoes. I kept asking him for different quotes as I changed my mind several times and he was happy to oblige. I had a problem with the car upon delivery and Leon (though it was nothing to do with the leasing company) helped as best he could. He followed things up to make sure everything was sorted and I was happy.”
