I have been dealing with FVL (formerly Tilsuns) for years and always dealt with Ian Ball who was excellent. This time I dealt with Leon who definitely filled Ian's shoes. I kept asking him for different quotes as I changed my mind several times and he was happy to oblige. I had a problem with the car upon delivery and Leon (though it was nothing to do with the leasing company) helped as best he could. He followed things up to make sure everything was sorted and I was happy.
