My last car was with FVL & although I had quite a bad experience, a very polite Chris Peart called me to see if he could help me with my next car; as the one I had was due to go back so I decided to give them another go. Unfortunately there were quite a few hiccups again; which was not his fault but he did apologise for. He did his best to accommodate & rectify the errors from the manufacturer so I do commend him for this. He was very courteous & communicative throughout on both phone & email in helping with every question I had no matter how tedious. Thank-you Chris
