Very helpful staff who also actually took the time to follow up a few times along the process to ensure that everything was going ok. The whole process was made as simple as possible by the FVL staff. The delivery date was a lot sooner than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. The delivery driver was also very helpful giving us updates on when he will arrive.
