I have no complaints with FVL as the team have been excellent in all their interactions with me. The challenge was with the supplier whose communication was sketchy at best and poor at worst. James Mark and the FVL team definitely had my best interests at heart and had a number of challenging conversations with the supplier whose timescales and spec seemed to change regularly. All is well that ends well. Would I use FVL again? yes. Would I use the supplier again? Probably not.
