Would NOT recommend First Vehicle Leasing. I attempted to discuss an online quote and was dealt with Peter over the phone. A very rude, unhelpful and arrogant man. Atrocious customer service skills - think he needs further training, to ensure no other potential customer is treated the way I was. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to anyone in case you have to deal with this man. A manager did return my call and attempted to rectify the situation, however Peter (who refused to refer me to a manager or tell me his surname) has left a long lasting poor impression of himself and the company he represents.
